Week #1

Team Challenge – To Be Completed Friday Evening (50 Pts)

“Bottle Flip Challenge”

The team with most successful bottle flips in 3 minutes wins.

RULES:

– The bottle must land right-side up within the designated area.

– Water may be taken out of the bottle, but not added back in.

– No athlete can flip the bottle twice in a row.

Individual Challenge – To Be Completed Friday Evening (50 Pts)

“Clip Pick Up”

The team with the most accumulative clips placed in the bucket wins.

RULES:

– Each athlete is given 45s.

– The clips can be picked up and thrown before the start/finish line(s).

– All clips MUST be in the bucket after the 45s time cap to be counted.

– If the clip/athlete is in the air at 0s and the clip enters the bucket, it counts.

Week #2

Team Challenge – To Be Completed Friday Evening (50 Pts)

“PVC Limbo”

The team with the LAST remaining athlete wins.

RULES:

-Using a squat rack and a PVC pipe, every athlete is to cross under the bar belly up, or Limbo style (as seen above).

-If the PVC falls to the ground OR if the athlete’s hand touches the ground at any point while they are crossing under the PVC, they are disqualified.

-Once every athlete from both teams has taken one attempt to cross under the PVC at the designated height, the PVC is lowered and all of the athletes who completed that stage of the “Limbo” continue on to the lowered height.

-The athlete may touch the PVC, but if the PVC falls off of the rack and/or the PVC falls to the ground, the athlete is disqualified.

-TIE BREAK: Max Bar Hang

Individual Challenge – To Be Completed Friday Evening (50 Pts)

“Bird Box Challenge”

The team with the LEAST amount of accumulative metres wins.

RULES:

-Each athlete is to be blindfolded once they are set up on the rower using a damper setting of 1.

-Similar to ‘Rowling’, the athlete is to start rowing and try to land on the designated distance (released tomorrow at 5pm).

-Your score will be as many metres you are away (either over, under, or exact) from the set distance.

Week #3

Team Challenge – To Be Completed Friday Evening (50 Pts)

“Rock/Paper/Scissors Blitz”

The team that gets to the other side 3 times wins.

RULES:

-Each team is to line up on opposite ends of the Zig Zag.

-The game starts with one athlete from each team jumping from plate to plate (with 2 feet) until they meet the opposing athlete face to face.

-At this point, both athletes are to play one game of Rock/Paper/Scissors (Standard Rules).

-The athlete that loses the game moves to the side, and the winning athlete continues on the Zig Zag trying to reach the other side.

-Once the losing athlete moves to the side, the next athlete in line from that team now starts the Zig Zag, and the game continues on.

Individual Challenge – To Be Completed Friday Evening (50 Pts)

“Foam Roller Bowling”

The team with the most accumulative knocked down rollers wins.

RULES:

-Six foam rollers will be placed upright in a standard bowling triangle formation.

-Each athlete will be given 90s to knock down as many foam rollers as they can using only two 10lb medicine balls.

-The athlete must release the ball from behind the designated line in any style of their choice.

-Once each ball has been thrown once, the athlete is to retrieve each ball individually.

-If the athlete knocks down ALL of the rollers on their first throw of 2, they are responsible to reset the rollers in their respective positions, and continue bowling.  

-If all of the rollers are knocked down on the second throw, the rollers are to be replaced and only one ball is allowed to be retrieved.

-The rollers ONLY can get reset if they ALL are knocked down, and a ball cannot be retrieved until they have both been thrown.

Week #4

Team Challenge – To Be Completed Friday Evening (50 Pts)

“Tic Tac Toe Relay”

The team that completes the most Tic Tac Toes in 10 minutes wins.

WINNER: Team Jenna/Clarence

Individual Challenge – To Be Completed Friday Evening (50 Pts)

“Assault Bike Darts”

The team with the highest accumulative points wins.

***DEMOS/RULES WILL BE EXPLAINED FRIDAY EVENING***

Week #5

Team Challenge – To Be Completed Saturday Afternoon (50 Pts)

“Jumbo Jenga Jive”

The team that tips over the tower the LEAST amount of times in 10 minutes wins.

RULES:

-Coin flip will decide which team goes first.

-One person will go at time and will alternate teams each successful play.

-The athlete is to remove a Jenga block and place it on the top of the tower.

-Each person gets 15s to complete the task.

-Only one hand can be used to remove the block.

-The top 3 completed layers are NOT allowed to be played from.

Individual Challenge – To Be Completed Saturday Afternoon (50 Pts)

“Free Throw Frenzy”

The team with the most accumulated points wins.

RULES:

-Each athlete will be given 120s to score as many baskets as possible.

-There will be 4 lines to throw from, each of which has its own corresponding point total (ie. the closer the line to the basket, the less amount of points given).

-Each missed basket results in a 5 Tuck Jump penalty.

-Any style of throw is permitted, and each athlete is to find a ball shagger and judge to tally all points.
